Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Account Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the account executive team, assisting in product line development, representing the company at events, and generating revenue from the sales of the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead and manage the account executive team, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their goals.

Product Line Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of the company's product line, ensuring it aligns with market trends and client needs.

Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, establishing and maintaining valuable relationships within the business community.

Sales Generation: Drive revenue growth by effectively selling the company's products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries related to doing business in Indonesia through various communication channels, adhering to the company's standard operating procedures.

Client Solutions: Analyze clients' inquiries and propose tailored solutions based on their specific needs, effectively communicating the value of the company's services.

Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities and strategies for clients' success.

Account Management: Manage client accounts by providing ongoing information, support, and guidance, ensuring their needs are met.

Client Meetings: Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients, understanding their problems and needs, and proposing the best solutions.

Qualifications:
