Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our property consultants. Your expertise in learning strategies and program coordination will contribute to the continuous development and growth of our team.

Responsibilities :

• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum S1 from reputable university
• Had experience min. 2 years as a trainer
• Good teamwork with others
• Update on current use of technology and trends
• Have experience in real estate preferred

Requirements :

• Assess training needs by collaborating with department leaders and conducting thorough analysis of performance gaps.
• Design and develop engaging learning materials, including online resources, videos, workshops, and job aids, to meet identified learning objectives.
• Coordinate and deliver effective training sessions to diverse property consultant groups, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and recommend innovative approaches to continuously improve our training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and program evaluations.
